PaardenInzicht provides Fair Leadership in Organisations and Fair Leadership in Personal Development.

These programmes are not developed overnight, they have been developed since 2011. Knowledge, skill and experience went hand in hand with feedback received and results achieved. As a result, both programmes are practical as well as flexible and always made to measure.

Fair Leadership by PaardenInzicht

• A fair leader is fair to himself, to others, and to his environment.
• With Fair Leadership in Organisations, it is possible to achieve results almost immediately, provided you put your shoulders to it.
• Fair Leadership equals Fair Effect.

Fair Leadership in Organisations (FLiO)

FLiO helps participants of companies, organisations and other partnerships such as project groups, to build effective teams. In doing so, FLiO guides participants in their development into fair leaders who can effectively improve working methods and results at different organisational levels. In doing so, FLiO works in two phases with the help of experience-based learning with horses in combination with result-oriented coaching and training, to develop the skills that are appropriate for each phase.

Fair Leadership in Personal Development (FLiPD)

FLiPD helps individuals and groups discover new ways of tackling life's challenges and opportunities by developing fair leadership and the necessary skills to do so, such as effective problem solving, decision-making, critical and creative thinking and communication. In the process, two phases of equine assisted experiential learning are combined with result-oriented coaching and training to develop the skills needed for each phase.
